Pardee releases Cielo's final phase

Pardee Homes is releasing the final phase of its Cielo neighborhood in Eldorado, according to sales manager Rob Tuvell.

"Oversized home sites allow homeowners to take maximum advantage of the great outdoors in Southern Nevada," Tuvell said. "Cielo homes also provide lots of room indoors, with up to five bedrooms in more than 3,000 square feet of living space."

The North Las Vegas neighborhood features one- and two-story floor plans with as many as five bedrooms, three baths and a four-car garage. The homes range from 2,407 to 3,006 square feet and are priced from $178,450 to $201,950.

Each includes volume ceilings, ceramic-tile or parquet flooring at the entry, and cultured-marble counter tops in secondary baths.

The kitchens feature ceramic-tile counter tops, an appliance package with an option for stainless steel, a pantry, an island sink in Plan Two, and a preparation island in Plan Three.

Owner suite retreats offer walk-in closets, dual sinks, enclosed toilets, showers with glass enclosures, separate tubs, and cultured-marble counter tops with ceramic-tile surrounds.

Family-oriented features in Eldorado include the Lee Antonello Elementary School and the adjacent 9-acre Eldorado Park, in addition to the 23-acre Seastrand Park.

To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte, go north to the entrance of Eldorado and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.

The builder, which is celebrating its 50th year in Southern Nevada, has built more than 25,000 homes since 1952. Among the communities that it has developed are Spring Valley, Rancho Las Palmas and Nevada Trails.
