Seven Hills sponsors bus tour

Local real estate agents recently took part in a guided bus tour of the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

Sponsored by Silver Canyon Partnership, the developer of the community, the tour provided the agents with an overview of the production-home and custom-home neighborhoods available, as well as the numerous amenities completed within the 1,300-acre master plan.

The event was led by community marketing manager Samantha Bonham and Bob Anderson, who is in charge of home-site sales. Bonham said the event emphasized the community's selection of home styles and prices, outdoor amenities, and views.

Silver Canyon Partnership has a long-standing reputation for promoting good working relations with the real estate community, according to Bonham.

"Realtors bring a substantial number of sales to our builders in Seven Hills and we are constantly working on new ways to keep them updated on our new neighborhoods, new releases, closeouts and other important information relating to this community," she said. "They are highly qualified in determining the potential value of homes, neighborhoods and communities and we are gratified by their enthusiasm for what Seven Hills offers in the Southern Nevada market."

The community, located in the southern foothills of Henderson, will comprise more than 3,000 homes including about 300 custom homes when complete. The master plan includes 25 neighborhoods, four city parks, neighborhood parks, landscaped areas, and miles of trails and walkways.

Prices for single-family homes range from the $140,000s to about $350,000. More than 45 floor plans are offered. Home sites are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

Neighborhoods open for sales are: Renaissance and Crescendo by Pardee Homes, Naples by Kimball Hill Homes, Palazzo Monte by U.S. Home, Meridiana by Trident Homes, Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, and Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes. Custom-home sites are available through Silver Canyon Partnership and Nevastar Investment Corp.

The sales pavilion is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, which is about one-half mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection.
