Luxury lifestyle offered at Turnberry Place
Turnberry Place, located one block from the Las Vegas Strip, offers a luxury-resort lifestyle with a social calendar of events and gatherings. The four-tower, $650 million development features a private club, valet parking, 24-hour security and a concierge. "People who want to live near the Strip like the fact that they can walk to their favorite hotel-casino and the city's best dining, shopping and entertainment," John Riordan, vice president of sales, said. Sales are nearly complete at Tower One, and in progress for Towers Two and Three. Residences contain amenities such as Italian marble spas, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, appliances, and wrap-around glass balconies with city views. Additional highlights include private elevator lobbies and a security system that provides 24-hour electronic and visual monitoring. Also offered is The Stirling Club, a $40 million private club that recently opened at the development. Ten floor plans measure from 1,550 to 8,000 square feet. Prices start from $500,000 to $5.25 million. Visitors to the sales pavilion can tour a 2,825-square-foot model residence that simulates the view from the 27th floors of Towers One and Two. The office is located at 2777 Paradise Road, north of Desert Inn Road.
