Buyers benefit from Seven Hills' close-out phase
The final phase of development at Seven Hills in Henderson represents the last opportunity to purchase a new home in the community, according to Dan Naef, vice president of community development for Silver Canyon Partnership. "Among our last neighborhoods, prospective buyers will still find a very nice selection of homes and home sites, along with a few opportunities for timely move-ins," Naef said. "(They) will have the convenience of being able to move into an established community, where they can see the quality of the homes and neighborhoods surrounding them. "For those who would prefer to design and build a custom residence, Seven Hills also offers an excellent selection of estate-home sites, including several with wonderful views of ... (a) golf course, the Las Vegas skyline and the surrounding mountains." The 1,300-acre community will comprise more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods, including about 300 custom homes. Neighborhoods open for sales are: Renaissance by Pardee Homes, Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes, Palazzo Monte by US Home, Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, and Meridiana by Trident Homes. Homes are priced from the mid-$200,000s. Sites as large as an acre are available in Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Custom-home sites are priced from the $170,000s to $1 million. About one-third of the community is dedicated to open space. Four city parks and several neighborhood parks are open, and among them are basketball and tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball quads and playgrounds. To visit the information pavilion, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
