KB Home kicks off sweepstakes at El Dorado Pines

KB Home is gearing up for the end of the football season with a tailgate-style celebration from noon to 3 p.m. today at El Dorado Pines in the southwestern valley.

Visitors can pick up an entry for the "Super Big Game Party" sweepstakes at the neighborhood.

Shoppers must visit three other new-home neighborhoods, which are listed on the entry card, before Jan. 20 to be eligible to win a 50-inch television, two recliners and party trays.

Eight floor plans are available, ranging from 1,251 to 2,038 square feet.

Prices start from the $160,000s.

The nearby El Dorado Trails neighborhood offers six plans, ranging from 1,391 to 2,038 square feet.

Homes in both neighborhoods have two to five bedrooms, two baths and two-car garages.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Jones Boulevard, head south to Robindale Road and turn right. Proceed to Torrey Pines Drive and go north. Models are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Friday, when they open at 11 a.m.

The builder's home finding center offers free financial advice, including credit counseling, as well as assistance locating houses at its more than 20 neighborhoods throughout the valley.

It also has a full-service mortgage company.
