Luxury homes: Heritage Glen open in Summerlin

The Heritage Glen neighborhood is an ideal complement to its location in the Summerlin master-planned community, according to the builder, Toll Bros. In addition to offering four floor plans priced from the mid-$400,000s, residents of the neighborhood within the Willow Creek village can enjoy amenities such as trails, tennis courts, a half-court basketball surface, play area, and a park with gazebo.

These village features are in addition to the resident amenities available in Summerlin, which features eight golf courses, more than 100 parks, a trail system, swimming pools, additional tennis courts, and soccer and ball fields.

Heritage Glen homes showcase an expansive use of glass and ceramic-tile flooring. Kitchens are upgraded with granite counter tops, Thermador appliances, pantries, islands, dual wall ovens and breakfast areas.

Three-car garages are standard.

The single-story Abbotsford provides three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 3,360 square feet. Additional highlights include a study, great room with media niche and a fireplace, dining room with bay window, and two covered patios.

At 4,140 square feet, the two-story Beningbrough features a grand foyer and curved staircase. To visit the neighborhood, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive. Go south, past Sahara Avenue, to Havenwood Lane and turn right, then right again at Golden Willow Lane. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
