Luxury homes: Heritage Glen open in SummerlinSPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE
The Heritage Glen neighborhood is an ideal complement to its location in the Summerlin master-planned community, according to the builder, Toll Bros. In addition to offering four floor plans priced from the mid-$400,000s, residents of the neighborhood within the Willow Creek village can enjoy amenities such as trails, tennis courts, a half-court basketball surface, play area, and a park with gazebo. These village features are in addition to the resident amenities available in Summerlin, which features eight golf courses, more than 100 parks, a trail system, swimming pools, additional tennis courts, and soccer and ball fields. Heritage Glen homes showcase an expansive use of glass and ceramic-tile flooring. Kitchens are upgraded with granite counter tops, Thermador appliances, pantries, islands, dual wall ovens and breakfast areas. Three-car garages are standard. The single-story Abbotsford provides three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 3,360 square feet. Additional highlights include a study, great room with media niche and a fireplace, dining room with bay window, and two covered patios. At 4,140 square feet, the two-story Beningbrough features a grand foyer and curved staircase. The two-story living room is complemented by a study, dining room, and family room with entertainment niche and fireplace. The master suite contains a loft, as well as a bath with dual vanities, "snail" shower and dressing area. Three additional bedrooms, including one with a balcony, are also featured. Central to the Chatsworth model is its dual curved staircase. At 4,360 square feet, this home also has a formal dining room with a bay window, a formal living room, as well as a family room. The first floor also features a wet bar, a study with a covered porch, and a bedroom with a bath. Upstairs is a bonus room; two bedrooms, both with their own bath; and the master suite, which contains a bay window, dual walk-in closets and a dual-entry shower. The builder recently introduced its two-story Stanford floor plan, which is the only design not modeled at Heritage Glen. Features include a two-story foyer, a library with a bay window, and a formal living room with fireplace. Also featured is a formal dining room, in addition to a family room with entertainment niche and fireplace. The first-floor bedroom has a walk-in closet and private bath. Upstairs are three bedrooms, including one with a balcony, and the master suite. The master features a media niche, walk-in closet, and bath with dual vanities in addition to a separate sit-down vanity. To visit the neighborhood, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive. Go south, past Sahara Avenue, to Havenwood Lane and turn right, then right again at Golden Willow Lane.
