Buyers tap Plan Two at Fontana

Richard and Cathy Lynch knew immediately that the Plan Two design in the Fontana neighborhood at Pardee's Eldorado Highlands community was right for them.

"I've never loved a house as much as this. As soon as I saw it, I knew this was the perfect home," Cathy Lynch added.

The home features a great room that opens to the kitchen and formal dining room.

"While I've been in town 15 years, I've always wanted to live up here," Cathy Lynch said. "It's a great neighborhood and all the people are really nice."

In fact, the family, which includes James, 9, and Joey, 1, hosted a neighborhood party four weeks after moving into their new home.

Plan Two is a single-story home measuring 1,979 square feet. It has three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage, while a fourth bedroom, den or dining room is optional.

Measuring 2,349 square feet, the two-story Plan Three contains three bedrooms, a den or optional fourth bedroom, three baths, and a two- or three-car garage.

Plan Four is a two-story, four-bedroom, three-bath home with a three-car garage in 2,459 square feet. Additional configurations include a 2,712-square-foot design with as many as five bedrooms, and a 2,931-square-foot design with as many as six bedrooms.

All of the homes include Energy Star technology, which allows homes to save on energy consumption and costs.
