Developer Laurence Hallier said each condo is finished like a "penthouse, with exquisite appointments, the latest in high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, stone-slab counter tops and custom bathroom fixtures."

The Las Vegas-based Klai Juba Architects designed the crystal blue structures, which are distinguished by the oval-shaped openings, standing 400 feet above the Las Vegas Strip, offering a view through the first two towers. Designers Graft Labs and Munge//Leung created the property's modern urban look.

The development features city and mountain views through floor-to-ceiling windows.

The project also offers a pool, regulation racquetball court, gym with yoga and Pilates areas, matching spas, concierge services, valet service and a large-screen theater room.

"We are offering this high-rise lifestyle at one of the best locations in the city, and at one of the best prices, as low as $525 per square foot, something that no other similar high-rise project can match," Hallier said.

"Panorama Towers is unlike any other project in Las Vegas, and we pride ourselves on that difference."

Prices for resale units start from the high $400,000s. and are available for immediate move-in. Prices for Tower III start from the mid-$500,000s

Panorama Tower II is scheduled to open in the late spring. Panorama North, the third tower, is expecting a summer 2008 opening, according to Hallier.

The sales office is located at 4631 Dean Martin Drive, near Harmon Avenue, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
