Final-phase construction to start at Weston
Four floor plans are available in the final phase of sales at Weston, a Coventry Homes at Anthem neighborhood in Henderson. More than 180 homes have been sold there in the past 10 months, according to a spokesperson. Standard features include decorative stair rails, painted wood windowsills, 3 1/4-inch Colonial-style floor casing, built-in self-cleaning ovens and microwaves. Exteriors offer stone or brick masonry accents. Two single-story floor plans are available. The Oxford, with 2,034 square feet, offers three bedrooms, two baths and a home office. Buyers can retain the split three-car garage, or adding 233 square feet for a fourth bedroom and third bath. Prices start at $198,990. There are four bedrooms in the Cambridge model, a 2,400-square-foot home priced from $217,990. A courtyard aligns the nook, main entry and bedroom wing of the home. With 2,558 square feet, the two-story Princeton plan can be built with four or five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. It is priced from $217,990. Features include a formal living and dining area plus a great room. Four bedrooms plus a home office are standard in the Harvard plan, a 2,737-square-foot home priced from $227,990. This home also has a family room and a three-car garage. Construction of the final-phase homes is under way with June move-ins scheduled. A limited number of homes will be ready at an earlier date, according to the builder. Many of the available home sites overlook Harmony Park. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Anthem Parkway, and follow to Reunion Drive. Go east, then turn south on Cornet Street, and west on Spirito Avenue.
