Park Towers appoints spa director
n Harvey Shapira has been named spa director at Park Towers, a high-rise condominium property in Hughes Center. Previously, Shapira held positions as chief of physical therapy at the Sherman Oaks Hospital and Burn Center, chief of physical therapy at the West Park Hospital, and chief physical therapist and program coordinator at the Jean Hamma Clark Rehabilitation Center. n David Scherer and Barton Hyde of Grubb and Ellis represented Snelling Personnel Services in its three-year lease of 1,623 square feet at 1900 E. Flamingo Road, Suite 272, from Vegan Development, represented by Katy Gilpatric, for $114,377. In another transaction, Michael Kammerling and Steve Terry represented Mohler and Mohler in their five-year lease of 1,259 square feet at 305 N.
