Park Towers appoints spa director

n Harvey Shapira has been named spa director at Park Towers, a high-rise condominium property in Hughes Center. Previously, Shapira held positions as chief of physical therapy at the Sherman Oaks Hospital and Burn Center, chief of physical therapy at the West Park Hospital, and chief physical therapist and program coordinator at the Jean Hamma Clark Rehabilitation Center.

n David Scherer and Barton Hyde of Grubb and Ellis represented Snelling Personnel Services in its three-year lease of 1,623 square feet at 1900 E. Flamingo Road, Suite 272, from Vegan Development, represented by Katy Gilpatric, for $114,377. In another transaction, Michael Kammerling and Steve Terry represented Mohler and Mohler in their five-year lease of 1,259 square feet at 305 N. Pecos Road in Henderson from Robindale Medical, represented by Dan Coletti of Century 21 Aadvantage Gold, for $126,450.

n Renee Ryan-Thrailkill of Millennium Commercial Real Estate represented the American Association of Retired Persons in its seven-year lease of 4,642 square feet at 5820 S. Eastern Ave. from Siefert Investments, represented by Tom Stilley and Liz Schaffer of Colliers International, for $769,272. In another transaction, Ryan-Thrailkill and Jim Montgomery represented Risk Management Alternative Holdings in its five-year lease of 81,000 square feet at 880 Grier Drive from Howard Hughes Properties for $6 million.

n Christopher Bentley of Marcus and Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage represented both parties in Suncrest Partnership's sale of 52,490 square feet at Suncrest Apartments, 2401 Sunrise Ave., to Mr. and Mrs. Grinblat for $1.6 million. In another transaction, Richard Orosel and Steve Gonzalez represented both parties in Mikohn Corp.'s sale of 45,976 square feet at 3665 W. Diablo Drive to Bradley Associates for $2.9 million.

In another transaction, DeLew, Pinter and Pancirov represented the Craig-Pecos Limited Partnership in its 61-month lease of 7,255 square feet at 4168 N. Pecos Road, Suite 103, to Jenksters Corp., dba Pineapple Moon, for $227,756. Dan J. Suzette LaGrange represented Viking Freight in its purchase of 12 acres at the southeast corner of Lone Mountain Road and Lamb Boulevard from Alan H. Rosenus and Stephan A. Bauman Trust, represented by Perry Muscelli, for $1.8 million. Muscelli and Jeremy Green represented both parties in Jackson-Shaw's four-year lease of 2,297 square feet at 3925 W. Cheyenne Ave. to Atlas Sales and Rentals for $93,000. In another transaction, Peterson and Darren Lemmon represented Spanish Vista in its three-year lease of 3,741 square feet at 4955 S.
