Pardee offers landscaping package at Cheyenne

For a limited time, Pardee Homes of Nevada is offering a backyard landscaping package with the purchase of select homes at Cheyenne, a neighborhood within the builder's Shadow Mountain Ranch community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

The package includes trees, shrubs, sod, an irrigation system and concrete patio, according to sales director Rob Tuvell.

"In Las Vegas, outdoor living is almost as important as the indoors," Tuvell said. "Pardee is offering buyers of selected lots at Cheyenne the opportunity to have their back yards ready to go for their outdoor lifestyles."

Buyers can choose from four single- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,383 to 2,442 square feet with as many as four bedrooms, three baths and a bonus room. Prices range from $155,450 to $197,450.

"Pardee designed Cheyenne for busy families with the convenience of second-floor laundry rooms and linen closets. The kitchens have large preparation islands or breakfast bars that can also serve as the hub of the home," Tuvell said.

Standard features include oak stair handrails with white pickets; lighting fixtures; and kitchens with recessed-panel oak cabinetry with concealed hinges, pantries and an appliance package.

Options include home office packages; ceiling fans; intercoms; central vacuum systems; upgraded appliances; ceramic-tile, laminate, Corian or granite kitchen counter tops; and spa tubs in the owner baths.

To visit, take Tropicana Avenue west, past Durango Drive, to Grand Canyon Drive and turn left. The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.
