Toll Bros. builds on experienceSPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE
Builder Toll Bros. backs all of its neighborhoods with 34 years of home-building experience. "Since the company's inception in 1967, Toll Bros. has a proven record for continuously delivering exceptional high-end homes to executives and families," Gary Mayo, vice president and regional manager in Las Vegas, said recently. "We have a long history of providing only the finest homes to buyers who don't settle for anything less than the best. Each year, we consistently continue to reach record levels in sales. Those results speak for themselves." The builder is active in 21 states including Nevada, where it offers six neighborhoods. Four of the neighborhoods are located in the Summerlin master-planned community, which aligns the western edge of the valley. Heritage Glen homes are priced the $400,000s and Wood Glen's prices start from the mid-$300,000s. At both Rosemont and Monterossa, homes are priced from the $300,000s. In addition, the builder has homes available priced from the $400,000s at Buckingham at Queensridge, which is adjacent to the Badlands Golf Club in the southwestern valley, as well as at Stonehaven at MacDonald Highlands, a golf course community in Henderson. Most of these neighborhoods offer quick-delivery homes, according to Mayo. "Our quick-delivery homes offer every feature and distinguishing quality that Toll Bros. is known for," he said. "The only difference is the quicker move-in. We're building more of these homes because demand is on the increase." Each home is energy-efficient and features a spa tub and separate shower in the owner bath, and a built-in double oven in the kitchen. Options include masonry barbecues, custom built-ins, and casitas per plan. The builder plans to open two new neighborhoods in Southern Nevada within the next few months.
