Home buyers can choose from 12 neighborhoods, featuring floor plans, prices and amenities. Situated in the planned community of Coronado Ranch in the southwest, Paseo, Promontory, Heritage and Tradition provide layouts measuring up to 3,300 square feet with six bedrooms.

Kingsbridge, the newest addition to Coronado Ranch, offers homes priced from $300,000.
Silverado Court offers two-story designs, measuring up to 2,727 square feet with as many as five bedrooms. Prices start from $400,000.
Highlands sits in the heart of Southern Highlands, a master-planned community in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley. It's home to Glen Eagles and Inverness, priced from $400,000 and $800,000, respectively. Glen Eagles' floor plans measure up to 2,548 square feet. At up to 5,600 square feet, Inverness' homes include finished basements.
Buyers can choose from 20 floor plans between the neighborhoods of Castlebay, Kensington, Fairmont and Windsor. Homes span up to 4,039 square feet. Prices start in the $300,000s.
