A joint venture between MGM/Mirage and South Florida-based developer Turnberry Ltd., The Residences at MGM Grand offers the lifestyle and convenience of condominium living with the entertainment and lifestyle amenities of the MGM Grand brand.
The one- and two-bedroom residences are designer furnished. Towers One and Two are complete, while Tower Three is under construction on the northeast end of the MGM Grand property. Towers One and Two are sold out.

Less then 90 residences remain for sale in Tower Three with prices ranging from $650,000 to more than $2.5 million. The project will be completed in mid-2007, according to the builder.
