Realty firm specializes in Siena resales

With more than a dozen agents, the Siena Resale Group is a real estate company specializing in Summerlin's actively selling age-qualified village.

New homes are base priced from the $190,000s to the $490,000s, plus home-site premiums.

Options may be selected at an on-site design studio.

A community center houses a 500-person capacity ballroom and an arts and activities wing with a computer learning center, painting facility, sewing and quilting center, fine arts, ceramics area with a kiln, a music room and game rooms.

Among its other amenities are a business center, private meeting rooms, offices for the association management and activities staff, and a library.

In addition, the community features a Tuscan-themed health and fitness center with an indoor 25-meter pool and spa, an outdoor pool and spa, and lighted tennis and bocce courts. The center also features exercise equipment, private saunas and steam rooms, a wellness center, beauty salon and day spa.

The golf clubhouse, which anchors an 18-hole daily-fee championship course, features a pro shop and restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating.

To visit, take Sahara Avenue or Interstate 215 to Town Center Drive and go south to Siena Monte Avenue. The sales office and model homes are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
