Sales brisk at Vegas Grand

Sales are brisk at Vegas Grand, a luxury condominium development to be built near the Strip at Flamingo Road and Swenson Street. To date, more than one-third of the 880 units have been reserved, according to the developer.

"We are committed to creating a community friendly environment that includes amenities that will help our residents relax and enjoy the Las Vegas lifestyle," said Chris DelGuidice, chairman and chief executive of Del American. "Each of our buildings will provide residents with a lushly landscaped pool area featuring a heated pool, sunning deck with lounges, tables, umbrellas, cabanas with TVs, and a party pavilion with stainless steel barbecues."

In addition, massages, facials and other personalized treatments will be offered in the Spa at Vegas Grand.

Four collections, Villa D'Este, Cipriani, Villaggio and Bella Venezia, offer more than 30 floor plans. Units measure from 1,200 to 2,400 square feet. Prices start from the $200,000s to the $700,000s.

Controlled access, covered parking, and two- and three-car garages will be available.

Based in Altamonte Springs, Fla., Del American has built multifamily properties for more than 20 years. The company has more than $300 million in new development, $1 billion in total development and 10,000 condominiums in the United States.

"We look forward to becoming an important part of Las Vegas, not only as a developer and purveyor of luxury living, but as a family business with a strong and long history of contributing to the community as a socially responsible corporate citizen," DelGuidice said.
