Toll Bros. focuses on master suites

Toll Bros. designs its master suites and baths to pamper, promote relaxation and provide sanctuary for homeowners.

Walk-in closets, sitting rooms, fireplaces, high ceilings, oversized mirrors, sit-down vanities, bay and multiple windows, and private patios are among the features available.

The master suite and bath in the builder's Beningbrough model at Heritage Glen in Summerlin were designed with this in mind. Features include a 9-foot coffered ceiling, dual walk-in closets, linen closet and loft that can be used as a sitting room, library or exercise room. The bath offers a spa tub, S-shaped shower, dressing area and dual vanities.

A model of the home, along with two additional designs, can be viewed daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive. Go south, past Sahara Avenue, to Havenwood Lane and turn right, then right again at Golden Willow Lane.

The master suite and bath also are highlighted in the Belleisle model at Stonehaven at MacDonald Highlands in Henderson.

The double-doored suite features a 12-foot coffered ceiling, curved wall of windows, access to a covered patio, and dual walk-in closets. In the bath is a sit-down vanity in addition to dual vanities, separate shower and spa tub.

Two Belleisle homes are available for quick delivery. The neighborhood, which is near closeout, is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Valle Verde Drive, turn south, proceed to Horizon Ridge Parkway and follow the signs.

The builder is developing more than 170 neighborhoods in 22 states.
