Seven Hills' custom-home lots offer views

"Views beyond comparison" await buyers of custom-home sites at Seven Hills in Henderson, said Beth Naef, executive sales manager/custom-home sites.

Naef said some of the finest custom lots within the community are now available.

"We are offering exceptional values..." she said.

Sites, measuring up to an acre, are priced from the $170,000s to $1 million. Located in guard-gated neighborhoods, they offer views of the city, surrounding mountains and a nearby golf course.

"We are currently in our `grand finale' phase, which means ... buyers should visit us as soon as possible," Naef said.

More than 200 custom-home sites have been sold.

Community amenities include landscaped open spaces, private view park, and private 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

In addition, the community features neighborhood parks and four city parks variously offering basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer fields, volleyball quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds.

Information regarding available home sites and homes can be obtained at the sales and information pavilion. To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
