Pulte launches new campaignSPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE
Pulte Homes has launched a new corporate campaign for 2003. Called "Performance for Life," it expands on the builder's commitment to build quality homes that perform for a lifetime. The campaign is based on warranty and service, energy efficiency, technology, name-brand features and overall performance of the homes. The builder's warranty and service plan includes that a representative visit homeowners several times within the first year of ownership to ensure they are satisfied and to provide a sense of comfort in knowing a representative will be on hand before and after the home closes. Energy efficiency is key to the builder, whose homes feature the Environments for Living technology, ensuring they have been designed, built and tested for optimal safety, durability, affordability and comfort. Such homes cost less to own than conventional homes, can significantly reduce drafts and outside noise, and help maintain a consistent, comfortable temperature. Each home includes a two-year heating and cooling guarantee. Also standard in each home is a structured wiring system that directs fax, high-speed Internet access, satellite and cable modem, as well as digital television. Pulte Homes has ranked highest in overall customer satisfaction in the J.D. Power and Associates New Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study of the Las Vegas market for each of the past three years.
