Pulte's popular plan available throughout valley
Pulte Homes' single-story 3064 plan has proved so popular that it is offered at four valley neighborhoods. Named for its square footage, the design is available at Paradiso in The Vistas village in Summerlin; the Princeville Collection at Silverstone Ranch and at Wyeth Ranch, both in the northwestern valley; and Stonehaven Collection at Anthem Highlands in Henderson, where it is called the 3102 plan. Highlighting the design is a courtyard entry, circular foyer, formal living and dining rooms, great room, island kitchen, three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a covered patio. Additionally, there is a master suite with a walk-in closet, and separate tub and shower in the master bath. A two-car garage is standard and there are options for a three-car garage, den or fifth bedroom. The design is priced from $571,990 at Paradiso, $446,990 at the Princeville Collection, $444,990 at Wyeth Ranch, and $536,990 at the Stonehaven Collection. To visit Paradiso, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue and head west. Proceed to Carriage Hill Drive, turn left, go to Vista Run Drive and turn right.
