-- Stoltz Management has appointed Lee Anne Bluth as property manager. Previously, Bluth worked for CB Richard Ellis and National Equity Investments.

-- Harsch Investment Properties named Mindy S. Leigh as retail portfolio manager. Leigh oversees and directs the leasing and management of the company's retail portfolio in Las Vegas.

-- David Abraham and Jay Jacobsen of Power Realty represented Hollywood 5 in its purchase of 5 acres at the northwest corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Azure Drive from the Joseph and M.J. Wright Living Trust, represented by Mary Buford of Liberty Realty, for $740,000.

-- Ross Burnett of Business Properties Group represented the company in its 36-month lease of 1,509 square feet at 118 Corporate Park Drive, Suite 129, to Washington Group International for $58,769.

-- Steven Santanna of Lee and Associates represented Hospitality Finance & Sales in its 60-month lease of 28,396 square feet at 4545 Cameron St. from Quaker Corner Partners, represented by Donna Alderson of CB Richard Ellis, for $821,856. In another transaction, Mel Koich and Scott Owens represented APC Holding Group in its 60-month lease of 32,629 square feet at 6895 Speedway Blvd., Suites 101, 102 and 103, from Harsch Investment Properties for $565,889. David Howes represented both parties in KMH II's 60-month lease of 7,950 square feet at 4343 N. Rancho Drive to Northwest Vision Center for $280,000. David Flynn represented Polaris Business Park in its 36-month lease of 1,500 square feet at 4441 S. Polaris Ave. to MDJ, represented by Scott Hulburt of Century 21 MoneyWorld, for $78,497.

-- Kathleen Lofland of the RE/Max Central Commercial Division represented The Big Inning in its sale of .73 acres at 7777 W. Sahara Ave. to Sharon Turbiville, represented by Greg Duffield of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, for $3.35 million.

Kammerling also represented Wings to Go in its five-year lease of 1,300 square feet at 4860 W. In another transaction, Linda Wischmeyer and Marjie Christensen represented Vegan Properties in its five-year lease of 12,143 square feet at 1850 E. Flamingo Road, Suites 200, 202 and 203, to Travelers Indemnity Co., represented by Kevin Mechelke of Cushman & Wakefield, for $1.35 million.
