Terra Bella offers four models
Sophistication and "simple elegance" are used to describe the four model homes at Terra Bella by builder Toll Bros. Upon completion, the northwestern valley neighborhood will comprise 92 residences featuring Italian-inspired architecture. Among the models featured is the 2,651-square-foot Giardino. Priced from $404,975, the home features a courtyard entry, foyer, great room and garden room. The flexible plan also allows for two sizes of patio covers and an office. The two-story, 3,228-square-foot Westover design offers a garden courtyard, a butler's pantry in the kitchen and an optional see-through fireplace in the living room. A learning center is located on the second floor. It is priced from $438,975. Also available is the 3,426-square-foot Avignon model. The two-story home features an interior courtyard, learning center, balcony and laundry room. Options include an office, bonus room and courtyard fireplace. It starts from $441,975. Measuring 3,608 square feet, the Montebello includes a covered entry, courtyard, master suite with retreat, optional fifth bedroom, butler's pantry and laundry room. It is priced from $444,975. Among the builder's planned amenities are two private parks. The neighborhood is located near Severance Lane and Grand Canyon Drive. The model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. In addition to Nevada, Toll Bros. is developing more than 200 neighborhoods in 21 states.
