n City Center Retail and Angelo Gordon & Co. purchased the Showcase mall at 3785 S. Las Vegas Blvd., as well as an adjacent parcel. The combined value of the projects is estimated at $250 million. Showcase mall is a 100 percent-leased, 190,000-square-foot retail and entertainment center. The adjacent parcel, which is in the final stages of design, will be developed with 80,000 square feet and 80 high-end, condominium units.

School honors ex-Summerlin chief
