"With the addition of Villas at Black Mountain, KB Home now offers a total of eight Villas communities throughout the valley. Now you can get this fantastic floor plan in a beautiful new area."

Located near Gibson Road and Horizon Ridge Parkway, Villas at Black Mountain offers buyers a choice of five floor plans.

The Onyx floor plan measures 1,712 square feet with three bedrooms, a loft and 2 1/2 baths. The Amber features three bedrooms, a loft, den and 2 1/2 baths.

All homes are two story designs with two-car garages. Options include covered patios, additional bedrooms and master bath selections.

Prices start from the mid-$300,000s.

To visit Horizon Heights, take Interstate 515 to Horizon Drive, go west to Horizon Ridge Parkway and turn left. Proceed to Paradise Hills Drive and turn left. Turn right at Desert Passage Street, then right again on Cloud Cover Avenue.

Today through Tuesday, KB Home is offering a 5 percent fixed interest rate (5.566 percent APR) on select homes in its Southern Nevada communities. Information on rules and restrictions is available at any of the builder's sales offices.

The company has more than 40 active subdivisions throughout Southern Nevada. All of the builder's new homes meet Energy Star standards and are designed to conserve water.

Additional Villas communities are at Cliff Shadows, Desert Breeze, Huntington, Tierra Linda, Chaco Canyon, Fort Apache and Silverado.

KB Home provides one-stop shopping at its design studio, located at 7440 Dean Martin Drive, Suite 201, just south of Warm Springs Road.

At its main office on Badura Avenue, southwest of Decatur Boulevard and the Las Vegas Beltway, the builder offers the Homebuyers Club. The program helps potential home buyers by offering free assistance including credit reports, a review of their financial situations, and credit counseling, if needed.

The company has been in business for more than half a century.
