Pardee Homes designs Fairbrook for family life

Pardee's Plan Four home in its Fairbrook neighborhood in Henderson is considered ideal for families, according to Rob Tuvell, the builder's regional sales director.

"Fairbrook Plan Four was designed with attention paid to the areas that our research shows is important to families.

It offers a large kitchen and family room for family gatherings and conducting day-to-day family business, a separate dining room and formal living room, spacious downstairs bedroom and full bath, optional bonus room, upstairs laundry room and plenty of room in the master bedroom for busy parents to unwind with a large master bath, dual walk-in closets and a retreat," Tuvell said.

The 3,552-square-foot Plan Four comes standard with five bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and a two-car garage, plus swing garage.

A bonus room is optional, and additional features include a master retreat or optional loft, book loft and a workshop in lieu of the swing garage.

Plan Four X adds a wrap-around porch and is offered on select home sites.

Designed in Spanish, Tuscan and Traditional styles, Fairbrook features one-, two- and three-story homes with up to five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths in 2,248 to 3,552 square feet with home sites averaging 5,500 square feet.

Prices range from $521,200 to $650,450.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south of St. Rose Parkway and turn right on Horizon Ridge Parkway. Travel west then turn left on Jeffreys Street. The entrance is ahead, on the left.

Sales office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except on Monday when it opens at 11.
