Rhodes opens Spanish Hills lots

Rhodes Homes is offering six custom home sites with mountain or unobstructed Strip views in the Spanish Hills community in the southwest part of the valley, according to Ryan Soucie, director of sales for the builder.

"We have four lots with Strip views and two with mountain views available in Spanish Hills -- all of which provide the perfect backdrop for a custom home in Las Vegas," he said. "Residents of Spanish Hills are afforded the luxuries associated with living in an exclusive community and the lush perimeter helps to maintain the privacy of the residents while it provides a beautiful setting for the homes within."

Spanish Hills is a private, guard-gated community of custom homes. The community features several tennis courts and a tot lot within its gates. A security firm staffs the entrance and patrols the neighborhood 24 hours a day.

The available lots range from one-third to one acre and are priced according to size and location, according to Soucie.

To reach the community from the north or south, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to the Tropicana Avenue exit and head east. From the east, take Tropicana west. Spanish Hills is on the south side of the road.
