KB Home's Amarillo nears closeout



KB Home's Amarillo, in North Las Vegas, is nearing sell-out with 15 of the neighborhood's 53 homes remaining.

The neighborhood is gated and built around a private, community park that features three covered wagons, a covered playground, a pavilion with three picnic tables and two gazebos with barbecue grills.

"The Western-themed park is a perfect gathering place for family, friends and neighbors," said Beth Silver, sales agent for the company's Las Vegas division.

The floor plans include the 2,321-square-foot Vista with three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to three baths and two-car garage, and the Prospect offering 2,784 square feet with four to six bedrooms, 2 1/2 to three baths and two-car garage.

The Ridgeway is the largest home design, offering 2,973 square feet with four to six bedrooms, 2 1/2 to three baths and a two-car garage.

Prices start in the mid- $200,000s.

To visit from Interstate 15, exit Craig Road heading west. Turn right on Commerce Street to the community on the right.

From U.S. Highway 95, exit Craig Road heading east. Turn left on Commerce to the community on the right.
