Sagewood releases homes

Pardee Homes is releasing a collection of single-family homes at 10 a.m. Saturday at Sagewood in the Rancho Las Palmas community, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for Pardee Homes of Nevada, and the models will be open for preview today.

"Home buyers have a new selection of one- and two-story homes to choose from at Pardee's newest family-oriented neighborhood of Sagewood in the fast-growing area of southeast Las Vegas," Landry said. "These homes have attractive prices in a great location."

Priced from the mid-$140,000s to the mid-$180,000s and measuring 1,383 to 2,557 square feet, the neighborhood offers five floor plans with as many as five bedrooms, three baths and three-car garages.

Floor plan options include the single-story Plan One with three bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen and dining room combination with a preparation island, and a two-car garage.

The single-story Plan Two, which measures about 1,700 square feet, offers four bedrooms or an optional den with two baths, and kitchen with a breakfast bar.

Plan Three consists of two stories, measures 2,046 square feet, and offers three bedrooms, three baths and optional den or fourth bedroom, and two-car garage in the standard floor plan.

The two-story Plan Four measures as much as 2,296 square feet with a choice of three bedrooms, den and loft, or as many as five bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage.

Kitchens are complemented with ceramic-tile counter tops, oak cabinetry, pantries and preparation islands in selected plans.

Standard features include ceramic-tile or wood flooring at the entry, six-panel interior doors, and cultured-marble counter tops in the secondary baths.

To visit, take the Interstate 215 to Windmill Lane and turn right. Proceed to Bermuda Road, cross Pebble Road and follow the signs. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
