Avante plans residents' parks

Home buyers are continuing to discover the value of Highland Hills by Avante Homes, according to sales agent Chris Marone. He said the floor plans and flexibility in design have drawn a range of buyers to the North Las Vegas neighborhood.

"Highland Hills offers today's home buyer the unique combination of spacious and elegant homes, a quiet, suburban location and a wide range of recreational opportunities within walking distance of each home," Marone said.

Plans include six neighborhood parks, playground and picnic facilities, a community basketball court and an exercise trail.

"For a limited time, we can still offer lower introductory pricing," Marone said.

Two collections of homes offer seven floor plans. They range from 1,200 to 2,900 square feet with as many as five bedrooms.

The one- and two-story designs are priced from the low $120,000s.

Available options include dens, lofts and retreats.

Exteriors offer southwest- ern-style architecture with concrete-tile roofs, block walls, and a choice of front-yard landscaping packages with automatic irrigation.

The interiors include media niches, laundry rooms, light fixtures, wire shelving in bedroom closets and ceiling fan prewiring in all bedrooms.

The kitchens feature pantries, oak cabinetry in a choice of finishes, recessed or track lighting and appliances.

The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, head east to Allen Lane and go north, following the signs.
