Mill Creek designed for range of buyers

Pulte Homes' Mill Creek, located in the Lynbrook master plan in the northwest, can benefit families with its single- and two-story floor plans, as well as its four neighborhood parks, according to the builder.

"Mill Creek floor plans were selected to appeal to a variety of lifestyles," Joe Whatley, vice president of sales and marketing, said. "Mill Creek offers the charm of master plan living with Pulte Homes' signature quality construction, energy efficiency and enhanced high-tech structured wiring package."

The neighborhood features two single-story plans, ranging from 2,300 to 2,561 square feet with split bedroom designs, and three two-story plans ranging from 3,007 to 3,589 square feet and containing as many as seven bedrooms.

Prices start at $195,990.

The single-story Sea Breeze design offers 2,300 square feet, four bedrooms with an owner suite and optional recreation room, two-car and tandem garage or optional three-car garage, 2 1/2 baths, optional hobby room and kitchen with nook with optional bay window.

The Del Ray plan has homes available for immediate move-in, and measures 3,589 square feet. Homeowners can convert five bedrooms with a game room to seven bedrooms.

The two-story Marina plan measures 3,007 square feet, and contains an owner suite on the first floor and three bedrooms upstairs with a loft or optional fifth bedroom. Also featured is a formal living and dining area, and a kitchen and nook overlooking the family room and three-car garage.

Interiors feature ceramic-tile entry flooring, decorative light fixtures, ceiling fan prewires and art niches.

Various upgrades include a covered front porch and patio, prewire for a security system, and a media package which allows the homeowner control of phones, computers and televisions from one location.

The neighborhood also includes the Engineered for Life Gold Series for savings on heating and cooling bills.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, head east, turn north on Jones Boulevard to Farm Road, go right and follow the signs.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
