Home sites released at Heritage Glen
Heritage Glen at Willow Creek in Summerlin has released a new phase of home sites, which are among the best available in the neighborhood by Toll Bros., according to Chris Myers, project manager. "Home buyers will have an impressive selection of spectacular home sites to choose from," Myers said. "This new section includes cul-de-sacs, premium ... home sites and home sites along the park." The park features walking paths, two tennis courts and a gazebo. In addition, Myers said two homes are ready for immediate move-in, both of which are landscaped and include swimming pools. The single-story Abbotsford Traditional measures 2,350 square feet and features upgraded cabinets and flooring, and granite counter tops. The Chatsworth Provincial is a two-story plan with 4,359 square feet. It is highlighted by dual staircases at the entry and numerous upgrades. "Heritage Glen also has an extensive list of features including ... Thermador appliances and ... spa tubs in the master bath," Myers said. "These magnificent homes start in the low $400,000s." The neighborhood will comprise 85 homes on lots starting at 10,000 square feet. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive. Go south to Havenwood Lane and turn right, then right again at Golden Willow Lane. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Toll Bros. is also developing Woodlands, Wood Glen and Rosemont in Summerlin; Buckingham at Queensridge; and Stonehaven at MacDonald Highlands in Henderson.
