Presales start for Avalon at Seven Hills

Presales are under way for Avalon at Seven Hills, a gated condominium development in Henderson.

"One of the greatest things about this community are all the wonderful views," sales agent Tony Hapiuk said. "The complex is surrounded with incredible city and mountain views. Another great feature Avalon offers is there are fewer homes per acre, which makes the complex more peaceful and offers homeowners more open space."

Six floor plans are available, ranging from 810 to 1,544 square feet with one to three bedrooms. Prices start in the mid-$100,000s.

Standard features include 9-foot ceilings with crown molding, appliances, oval tubs, a storage room, and patio or balcony. Select units offer built-in bookshelves and private garages.

Amenities include a fitness room, clubhouse, and two resort-style pools and spas.

The complex will comprise 320 units, which are accessed by a grand entry with Roman-style columns and water effects.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to St. Rose Parkway, go east to Jeffreys Street and turn right. Proceed to Sunridge Heights Parkway and turn left. The property is located at 2900 Sunridge Heights Parkway.

The developer is D&O Management Group, whose first condominium conversion project in Southern Nevada was Park1 at SummerlinGate.
