Amber Ridge provides scenic locale

The 213-home Amber Ridge neighborhood, part of the Mission Hills community in Henderson, features five floor plans ranging from 2,559 to 3,799 square feet. They provide as many as six bedrooms and four baths, plus numerous design options.

All of the homes include formal living and dining rooms, plus three-car garages.

"Amber Ridge offers the best price per square foot when considering Pulte's quality and energy-efficient building techniques," said Brinton Cook, general sales manager for Pulte Homes.

Prices start from the $420,000s.

All of the homes are constructed with Environments for Living technology, making them at least 20 percent more energy efficient than homes built to Energy Star standards.

Energy-efficient features include blown-in cellulose insulation and vinyl-framed low-e windows, which are designed to reduce contaminants, noise and heat gain and loss.

To visit, take Interstate 515 to Horizon Drive and turn right, then left on Horizon Ridge Parkway. Proceed to Paradise Hills Drive, turn left and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Wednesdays, when it opens at noon.

Pulte Homes Inc., based in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., has operations in 54 markets throughout 28 states. During its 55-year history, the company has constructed more than 400,000 homes. Under its Del Webb brand, the company is the nation's largest builder of communities for people age 55 and older.
