Six homes remain at Ansedonia






Only six homes remain for sale at the 160-home Ansedonia neighborhood within Southern Highlands, a guard-gated community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

"We are getting closer to selling out our Ansedonia community," said Todd Slusher, president of Southwest Homes.

Three floor plans remain: Tuscany, Venice and Milan.

The 1,740-square-foot Tuscany model features 2 1/2 baths and a three-bedroom plus loft design or fourth bedroom option. The home is priced from $312,990.

The Venice measures 1,809 square feet and offers three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with an option for a fourth bedroom.

A fourth bedroom or expanded master bedroom can be optioned for the loft. The home is priced from $318,990.

The Milan model is 1,843 square feet and priced from $319,990. The home has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, and features a formal entry that opens into the great room. An upstairs fourth bedroom option is available.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway, exit on Blue Diamond Road, turn west toward Decatur Boulevard and head south, then west on Cactus Avenue to Jones Boulevard.
