Pardee promotes special move-in package at Acacia in Nevada Trails

A special move-in incentive is available with the purchase of select floor plans at Acacia, a Pardee Homes neighborhood within Nevada Trails.

The package, available for a limited time, features a refrigerator, washer, dryer and miniblinds.

"Acacia offers home buyers great family-friendly floor plans, including homes with optional casita and distinctive courtyard entries," sales director Ray Landry said.

Nevada Trails is located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

Four single- and two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 1,990 to 3,314 square feet.

Prices start from $457,700 to $561,950.

The single-story Plan One offers three bedrooms or two bedrooms and an optional den, and two baths. It also has a two-car plus swing garage that can be built as an optional workshop. The home measures 1,990 square feet and is priced from $457,700.

Plan Two, also single story, measures 2,459 square feet and offers three bedrooms, a den, 2 1/2 baths and a tandem two-car garage that can be built as an optional bedroom, exercise room or additional closet in the master bedroom. The home is priced from $493,700.

Plans Three and Four are two-story layouts.

Plan Three measures 2,734 square feet with four bedrooms, a loft or optional fifth bedroom, three baths, three-car garage and an optional casita. It is priced from $517,950.

Plan Four is 3,314 square feet with four bedrooms, a loft, 3 1/2 baths, two-car garage plus swing garage. It also has a spiral staircase at the entry. The residence is priced from $561,950.

Common areas include the 10-acre Nevada Trails Park, which is part of a 23-acre park and trail system within the community. The park provides basketball and tennis courts, playing fields, a playground, exercise track and picnic pavilion.

New homes are also available at the Palo Verde and Mesquite neighborhoods in Nevada Trails. The residences include the builder's LivingSmart energy-efficient options.

Available with as many as six bedrooms and five baths, Palo Verde's courtyard homes range from 2,817 to 5,051 square feet. They are priced from $599,450 to $700,950.

Mesquite offers one- and two-story homes with as many as five bedrooms and three baths in 1,535 to 2,435 square feet. Prices start from $361,700 to $471,200.

To reach Nevada Trails, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Rainbow Boulevard, go one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right.
