Idaho native picks Vistana

Ric Byers, a mortgage broker originally from Idaho, chose to move to Vistana at Rhodes Ranch after doing extensive research.

"Vistana is luxurious and the included amenities are very impressive," Byers said. "The current values are great and I am sure they will go up. Trust me, I pulled a lot of reports on Vistana before actually deciding to buy here. Vistana passed my comprehensive review."

Byers purchased the Naples plan, which contains two bedrooms, two baths and 923 square feet. He chose the plan partially due to its design with the bedrooms at opposite ends of the home.

"It makes it very convenient when guests come to visit," he said. "Also, the Naples model has a large amount of wall space for decorating with plants and pictures. It really suited my lifestyle perfectly."

Nine floor plans are available at the complex, and three of them feature one bedroom and one bath in 670 to 796 square feet. Five two-bedroom and two-bath homes range from 847 to 1,200 square feet. The three-bedroom and two-bath Venice provides 1,413 square feet.

Prices range from the mid-$70,000s to the mid-$130,000s, and each home features an appliance package and window coverings.

Amenities at the development include three planned pools, a two-story fitness center and a spa.

To visit the site, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, go south to Warm Springs Road and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
