Vistana enters final phase

Construction is under way on the final phase at Vistana at Rhodes Ranch, a condominium development by Rhodes Homes in southwest Las Vegas. While the third phase will soon bring a close to construction, it also creates a special pricing opportunity for buyers of select phase two homes.

"Prices at Vistana will be increasing in phase three," sales agent Jo Beth Dittrich said. "However, the remaining homes in phase two are still for sale without the increase. Therefore, Vistana home buyers who want to take advantage of a 30-day move-in at reduced pricing better move quick."

Phase three will complete the last two buildings at Vistana, containing a total of 78 units. The late summer project will closeout the development, which is located within the Rhodes Ranch master plan.

"When they are gone, they are gone," sales agent Rebecca Matsis said. "However, new-home buyers can still get the popular Nice and Athens homes in phase two at original pricing."

Both the Nice and Athens plans are one-bedroom units, ranging from 670 to 723 square feet and priced from the mid-$70,000s.

Buyers can choose from nine floor plans at the complex. Three offer one bedroom and one bath, and range from 670 to 796 square feet; five contain two bedrooms and two baths, and measure from 847 to 1,200 square feet. The largest design is the Venice, which features three bedrooms, two baths and 1,413 square feet.

Homes are priced from the mid-$70,000s to the mid-$130,000s, and each includes an appliance package and window coverings.

Community amenities include three planned swimming pools, a two-story fitness center and a spa.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, go south to Warm Springs Road and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
