Monument at Lone Mountain features valley views

Stanpark Homes' Monument at Lone Mountain has received a great response from home buyers since opening because of its views of the city and mountains, location, and amenities, according to sales and marketing director Michael Cox.

"Monument offers privacy within a gated entrance and combined with the value, range of product and 5-acre park, we are offering home buyers one of the best packages in the valley," Cox said, adding that the neighborhood has a mix of buyers, ranging from families to retirees.

"The flexible options we offer appeal to home buyers in all stages of life, whether they're buying their first home or moving up to a larger plan. Our floor plans are elegant, yet functional in design and we offer four-car garages, which is an extremely popular option."

The neighborhood features eight single- and two-story floor plans divided among two distinct subdivisions: The Summit and Crescendo.

Summit's floor plans range from 1,379 to 2,461 square feet, offering as many as four bedrooms and three-car garages. Prices start in the $140,000s.

The Crescendo series features floor plans ranging from 1,949 to 3,634 square feet with prices starting from the $180,000s. Homes offer many variations, some with as many as seven bedrooms.

The neighborhood will feature a 5-acre park with open areas, walking trails, barbecues, benches and a gazebo.

Stanpark Homes offers special programs for home buyers, including a no-cost program to help sell their current home and a 1 percent offer toward closing costs when using an approved lender.

Select homes are available to move into within 30 days and include incentives.

To visit, take Interstate 215 or U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue, head west and follow the signs to the models. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In addition, the builder offers four floor plans at its gated Tempo neighborhood in North Las Vegas. These one- and two-story homes range from 1,246 to 2,165 square feet. Prices start from the low $100,000s. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Cheyenne Avenue, head west to Revere Street and follow the signs.
