COLUMN: Pulte recognizes local contractors
-- Pulte Homes hosted its annual Contractor Appreciation Banquet, and among those honored by the builder were Louis Polish and Al Luchterhand, owners of Sun City Landscaping. -- Laura Stubbert has been named business development manager of Landscape Services, a residential and commercial landscaping services company. Previously, Stubbert was sales and marketing manager for MAS Concrete Group. -- Builder's Capital has opened an office at 2995 S. Jones Blvd., Suite C, to house its new residential mortgage division. John Fernandez is the manager. -- Robert L. Moore & Associates, a commercial brokerage firm, has moved its offices to 400 S. 4th St., Suite 400, in downtown Las Vegas' City Centre Place. -- Xavier Wasiak and Kim Friedman of the GVA Industrial Property Group represented both parties in Consolidated Environmental Services' three-year lease of 10,000 square feet at 400 W. Athens Ave. in Henderson from Athens Industrial Park for $231,816. Bill Walsh represented both parties in AGP Plumbing's three-year lease of 2,100 square feet at 5380 S. Cameron St. from MSG Rentals for $55,620. -- CB Richard Ellis' Randy Broadhead and Darren Lemmon represented IRP Legacy Convention Center Associates in its four-year lease of 23,436 square feet at 101 Convention Center Drive to the State of Nevada Employment Division for $1.9 million. Kevin Higgins and Kyle Eigenman represented Danka Office Imaging Co. in its five-year lease of 3,600 square feet at 6280 S. Valley View Blvd. from Valley View Business Center for $295,000. Bill Dunbar and Jeanene McClenahan represented Charleston Auto Plaza in its five-year lease of 2,316 square feet at 10127 W. Charleston Blvd. to Superior Detailing and Tinting for $260,000.
