Plan Four within Pardee Homes' San Rafael neighborhood offers an optional game room that has established the plan as a favorite among families, according to Rob Tuvell, regional sales director.
"With features such as a family room that is open to the breakfast nook and kitchen, upstairs laundry room and optional game room, the home has become a favorite among families," Tuvell said.

Measuring 1,985 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, loft and two-car garage, Plan Four is priced from $317,900.
An optional game room increases the home to about 2,331 square feet and an optional fourth bedroom is offered in lieu of the loft.
Additional designs are priced from $276,900 to $317,900. Each two-story home features high-volume ceilings downstairs and features a master bedroom suite with oval soaking tub and separate shower, an upstairs loft and upstairs laundry.
Located on Ann Road near Clayton Street, the neighborhood also includes a small park and walking path plus cul-de-sacs and tree-lined curvilinear streets.
According to Tuvell, Pardee Homes is offering its final homes at the North Las Vegas neighborhood, with several incentives being offered on select homes for a limited time.
To visit from Craig Road, travel north on Camino Al Norte until it becomes Camino Eldorado, proceed north to Ann Road and turn left. The model park entrance is one-half mile ahead on the left.
The office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when offices open at 11 a.m.
