Pageantry's Brookhaven reports brisk early sales

Pageantry's Brookhaven neighborhood, located in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley, features single-family homes.

The subdivision held its grand opening last week, and Michael Cox, director of sales and marketing for the builder, said the event was successful.

"The grand opening of models at Brookhaven was a success and we found that home buyers are responding to the community's unique design," Cox said. "At Pageantry, we feel that buyers are tired of the beige stucco homes and feel that Brookhaven is a depart from the norm and a solution for buyers looking for something different."

Cox said that buyers at Brookhaven were interested in single-family living.

"The concept of urban living is one that's really caught on in Las Vegas, and what we're offering at Brookhaven is the best of that world, an urban environment coupled with single-family homes," Cox said. "Buyers also know that a purchase at Brookhaven today will result in a summertime move-in they can count on."

All of the homes at Brookhaven come standard with amenity choices, as is customary with all Pageantry's communities.

When complete, the gated Brookhaven community, located at the intersection of Grand Teton Drive and Tee Pee Lane, will feature a park, picnic areas and a tot lot.

Homes at Brookhaven are two and three stories ranging from 1,629 to 2,170 square feet and prices start from the high $200,000s.

The models are located at Grand Teton and Teepee off U.S. Highway 95 or Grand Teton and Hualapai Way off Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway.
