KB Home's Alturas neighborhood in the Mountain's Edge master plan features five, three-story floor plans, in addition to a one two-story plan.
Many of the designs include games rooms, dens and bonus rooms. The main living space is situated at the second floor with bedrooms, dens or bonus rooms on the first floor and the master and additional bedrooms on the third floor.

"The three-story layout is perfect for homeowners who are living with roommates, young teenagers or adult family members," said Dolly Stoner, sales agent for the builder's Las Vegas division. The neighborhood of 83 home sites features a private park for resident, in addition to access to Mountain's Edge main roads and amenities. Pricing starts in the mid-$200,000s.
The Mountain's Edge master plan encompasses six parks with picnic space, playgrounds, playing fields and walking trails. The community's signature park, Exploration Park, including Exploration Peak, is highlighted by an outdoor amphitheatre, replicas of a Western town and American Indian village and an archaeological dig site.
Four new elementary schools, two new middle schools and a new community high school are features of the community, as well as shopping and professional office space along Blue Diamond Road.
To visit from Interstate 15, exit Blue Diamond Road heading west. Turn left on Buffalo Drive and left on Cactus Avenue to the community on the left. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when it opens at noon.
