Toll Brothers is debuting models today in two home collections in Franklin Park at Providence, a new master planned community in northwest Las Vegas.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and include food with libations. Models are open until 6 p.m.

All four of the single-family, two-story, Balboa Collection floor plans -- the Miramar, Solano, Sonoma and Verano -- have been modeled. Priced from the upper $400,000s, these homes offer from 2,494 to more than 3,000 square feet.
The design features entry courtyards, side patios, master suites and entertaining areas. Kitchens feature center islands, double ovens, walk-in pantries and breakfast areas.
The first-floor master suite in the Miramar boasts a media center, walk-in closet, fireplace, covered patio and a bath with separate shower and jetted tub.
The Sonoma has a two-story turret entry and a curved view balcony with private access from the master suite.
The largest of the models, the Verano, features formal dining and living rooms; great room with private patio; breakfast area; and kitchen with upscale appliances and pantry. The master suite has a private retreat room and a bath with Roman tub, separate shower and walk-in closet.
The Terracina and Savona floor plans from the Carriage Collection have been modeled. Priced from the low $500,000s, the homes range from 2,812 to 3,300 square feet.
The view from Terracina's foyer looks into a loggia and courtyard and opens to a casita on one side and a library on the other.
This model includes a third-floor option that is accessed from the master suite.
To visit, from Interstate 215 north, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit on Hualapai Way and head north to Dorrell Lane. Turn west on Dorrell and north on Shaumber Road.
