"Pardee Homes has been building communities in North Las Vegas for many years and continues to offer a variety of new home products -- from entry-level homes to spacious floor plans with up to six bedrooms -- in the booming area," said regional sales director Rob Tuvell. "We have a great legacy in North Las Vegas and are proud to open Northpointe within our signature Eldorado community."

The neighborhood features one- and two-story homes with up to six bedrooms and three baths in four floor plans, ranging from 2,321 to 3,861 square feet. Exteriors feature Spanish Colonial, Andalusian and Italian designs. Prices start from the mid-$300,000s.

Residence One measures 2,321 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, den and three-car garage in a single-story design. Residence Two measures 3,200 square feet in a two-story design with four bedrooms, three baths, den, loft and three-car tandem garage. The home can be built with a fifth bedroom in lieu of the den.

Residence Three is a two-story home that measures 3,515 square feet with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, den, bonus room and three-car garage. A fifth bedroom and third bath are offered in lieu of the den.

Residence Four measures 3,861 square feet in a two-story design with six bedrooms, four baths, library, loft and three-car garage.

"Northpointe was designed with families in mind," Tuvell said, "with flexible features such as spacious laundry/hobby rooms, large kitchens and family rooms, bonus rooms, up to six bedrooms and three-bay garages. Families of all sizes will find a home to fit their lifestyle here."

The Eldorado community, is in proximity to the Aliante master plan and includes a fire station, elementary school named in honor of the late Pardee executive Lee Antonello, Eldorado Park and the 23-acre Seastrand Park. Both parks were donated by Pardee to the city of North Las Vegas. Eldorado has grown into a mature community, according to Tuvell. It is located close to major shopping centers with grocery stores, restaurants, postal services, dentistry and animal care.

To visit from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit south on Aliante Parkway then turn left onto Deer Springs Way. Take Deer Springs east to Gentle Brook Street and turn right.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when it opens at 11 a.m. For more information, call 614-1400 or visit pardeehomes.com.
