Carlisle at Summerlin provides resort living

Carlisle at Summerlin offers a condominium lifestyle with prices starting at $193,490, according Shane Blocker of Century 21 Infinity, who is selling the units.

Its location within a master-planned community of parks, trails, golf courses, schools and cultural facilities, is a selling point, according to Blocker. The gated development offers six models in four condo designs and two townhome styles with two-car attached garages.

The one-, two- or three-bedroom residences include 9-foot or vaulted ceilings, two-tone paint, multi-media/entertainment niche, custom cabinetry, granite counters and ceramic tile in the kitchen, entry and baths. An appliance package includes a washer and dryer, stainless steel natural gas range and oven, built-in microwave, multi-cycle dishwasher and refrigerator.

Blocker said the developer is offering a $10,000 incentive with the use of the development's preferred lenders.

To visit from the Summerlin Parkway, exit at Town Center Drive and go south. Turn right on Covington Cross Drive. The sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call 363-5535 or visit carlislesummerlin.com.
