Seven Hills lots provide varied views

Custom-home site buyers seeking a variety of scenic, elevated home sites can find them at the Seven Hills community in Henderson, according to Beth Naef, executive sales manager for custom-home sites.

"Our estate-home sites are spacious and located in a variety of appealing settings," Naef said. "Buyers will find everything from wonderful ... views to spectacular city light and mountain vistas -- all set in a quiet, natural desert landscape."

Naef said sales activity is brisk and that the developer, Silver Canyon Partnership, recently completed construction of the last 20 custom-home sites. Some of the lots measure about an acre. All are located in guard-gated neighborhoods.

Lot prices start from the $200,000s and range to $1 million. More than 200 home sites have been sold.

About 150 homes are completed, under construction or under architectural review.

Several amenities have been completed among the custom-home neighborhoods, including landscaped open areas, a view park, a 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

The community features four city parks and several neighborhood parks. The city parks complement the natural terrain and collectively offer basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer fields, volleyball quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds.

Information regarding home sites and homes can be obtained at the community sales center. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue, go south to St. Rose Parkway, then head west to Seven Hills Drive and turn south. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
