Interest grows in Bella Vita condos

The "beautiful life" is still available for Las Vegas condominium buyers at Bella Vita in the southwestern valley, according to Tawnya Rosenthal of Performance Marketing.

"Out of 1,440 available homes, we have already presold more than 200," Rosenthal said. "Home buyers are eagerly seeking ... homes in Las Vegas with the outstanding tropical amenities we offer our residents."

Among the amenities are six swimming pools, an exercise room and a spa.

"Bella Vita is the perfect place to call home," Rosenthal said. "That's why I don't expect these condominium homes to last for long."

Five floor plans are available.

The one-bedroom, one-bath Cielo model offers 720 square feet, a patio and dining nook. It is priced from the low $90,000s.

Offering two bedrooms are the 816-square-foot Sera design, which offers one bath and is priced from the low $100,000s; and the 978-square-foot Luna model, which has two baths and is priced from the mid-$120,000s.

Two designs feature three bedrooms: the Solé model, which has two baths and 1,198 square feet and is priced from the mid-$140,000s; and the 1,444-square-foot Terra, which offers three baths and is priced from the mid-$150,000s.

Poolside homes and second-floor units are available for an additional price.

Each includes raised-panel maple cabinetry, vertical blinds, and granite counter tops and surrounds.

The complex is located at the intersection of Flamingo Road and Decatur Boulevard.

To visit the sales office at 5720 S. Arville St., Suite 121, take Interstate 15 to Russell Road and proceed west to Arville.

Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
