Rodney Harbaugh represented Premier Properties in its sale of 44,000 square feet at 4460 S. Arville St. to Betty Pardo, represented by Jess Meadows of Meadows Realty, for $3.27 million. Michael W. Hansell represented Minelab USA in its 65-month lease of 10,451 square feet at 250 Pilot Road from Airport-Cheyenne Venture, represented by Kirk Klaholz of Stoltz Management, for $546,000.

-- Gary Banner of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented Union Properties in its sale of a 22-unit apartment building at 2566 Sherwood Ave. to Filshtinsky & Reperyash, represented by Mick Penka of Investrite, for $990,000.
