Villas plans feature various configurations
The Villas neighborhood by Rhodes Homes features the common-area amenities of many larger developments, but in a relatively small neighborhood, according to sales agent Tony Shelton. "This is a great place to feel close to your new neighbors," Shelton said. All three floor plans measure two stories. One home measures 1,856 square feet and comes with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a loft. Two of the bedrooms may be converted into a bonus room. Another three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath model measures 2,024 square feet. It also features a great room and dining room. Two bedrooms can be configured into a second suite or bonus room. A 2,400-square-foot, four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath residence features a living room, family room, formal dining room and upstairs laundry area. The fourth bedroom can be converted into a master bedroom retreat and two bedrooms can be built as a bonus room. Prices start in the low $180,000s. Desert white granite kitchen counter tops are included when buyers use the builder's preferred lender. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Sunset Road and go west, following the signs. The model homes and sales office are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
