Gresham Park plan helps couple feel at home
Vicki and Todd Steffenhagen said they felt at home during the grand opening of Pulte Homes' Gresham Park neighborhood in Summerlin Centre. The couple recently purchased a new house there. "We immediately fell in love with the floor plans at Gresham Park," Vicki Steffenhagen said. "My husband and I both work at Palo Verde High School, so purchasing a home at Gresham Park ... was a perfect choice." The Steffenhagens purchased the 1777 plan, a two-story home measuring 1,777 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a great room, and nook that opens to a back patio. They said they particularly liked the plan's computer loft, first-floor master bedroom and island kitchen. "In addition to the amazing floor plan, we were astonished by all the features that Pulte offered in the standard price of the home," she said. The Steffenhagens said they also were impressed with their home's architectural features, stone facade and entry, which gave the house a distinguished and customized feel. Other considerations in their purchase were the builder's energy-efficiency features and home warranty. Vicki Steffenhagen also praised the builder's sales and customer service staff. Four single- and two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 1,359 to 2,000 square feet. Prices start from $209,990 to $259,990. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Sahara Avenue, travel east to Town Center Drive, head north to La Madre Mountain Drive and turn right.
